IDEAL® standard CAT5e RJ45 connectors have a one-piece design to simplify cable assembly in data applications. Designed to work seamlessly with our FT-45® or Telemaster™ crimp tools, these connectors are designed and manufactured to support TIA/EIA 100O cable wiring standards for 100 MHz/1GB applications. 5.5mm Strain Relief Boots are compatible with all standard sized CAT5e RJ45 connectors and help to protect the modular plug body, especially the latch tab, from external handling damage. Made of flexible PVC, these boots help to maintain the cable bend radius and limits conductor movement inside of the connector that can lead to continuity failures over time.
