Leviton® Outdoor Occupancy Sensor, 120 VAC, 1000 W Power, Passive Infrared Sensor, 4000 sq-ft Coverage, 200 deg Viewing, 20 s to 15 min Time Delay, Fluorescent/Incandescent/Inductive Lamp, 60 Hz Response, 1/2 in Threaded Nipple Connection, Automatic On/Automatic Off Control Output, IP65 Enclosure, Wall Mounting, -17 to 55 deg C, High Impact Plastic, White, 4.5 in H x 9.16 in W x 5.36 in D Dimensions
Passive infrared (PIR) outdoor motion sensors provide outstanding reliable value in security lighting, as well as convenience, safety, and energy savings for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. These outdoor motion sensors are designed to be mounted at a height of 8-10 feet and have similar maximum ranges, although the detection pattern and field-of-view varies with regard to the model number. Each device has a sensor and switch incorporated into one unit, and is installed as part of a lighting circuit. It will turn light fixture(s) ON when it senses movement in its field-of-view. It will also turn the same fixture(s) off from a user-determined time interval after motion is no longer detected.
