Installation can be done using virtually any type of fastener and each box incorporates many labor saving features. A genuine Hubbell® Banana Box™ is distinguished by the bright yellow color, providing high visibility when installing and wiring in low light levels.
- Superior mounting methods to accommodate virtually any screw and/or nail installation
- Ground screw spacing positioned in-line with wire entry, easy to wrap ground wires with fingers or pliers
- Advanced overmolded ground providing superior support for light fixtures and wall sconces
- A full 'U' shaped ground strap that provides a continuous ground
- Engineered with pre-installed device mounting screws (2) 8-32 x 1 in allows quicker installation
- Bottom ground screw location complete with 2 ground screws to accommodate quick installation
- Large cubic capacity over 27 cu-in capacity allows ease to terminate and accommodate conductors, wire nuts and grounding
- Centering V notches saves installation time by assuring consistent box positioning
